2. Return Notice:
a. The returned items must be unused and not caused by any human defects such as dirt or malfunction. The 7-day inspection period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act is only for your hesitation and confirmation of whether the product meets your needs, and is not a trial period for the product. If our store reminds you, please keep the original packaging intact (including the outer packaging box). Otherwise, we will not accept returns.
b. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has exceeded the 7-day appreciation period.
- The goods have been opened and used, or have been damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, abrasions, dirt.
- Returned goods with damaged or incomplete packaging, or with incomplete invoices and accessories. Malicious or large-scale returns.
3. Return process:
Contact customer service staff → Confirm that the goods can be returned → Prepare complete items and invoices → Provide the delivery time, contact information and address → The goods will be collected by the logistics entrusted by the store.
4. Refund Instructions for credit card payers:
a. After confirming the successful return, the amount will be directly refunded to the original credit card account used for payment.
b. Cash on delivery: After confirming the successful return, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
5. Exchange Notice:
The goods to be exchanged must be unused and free from any damage or malfunction caused by human defects. If this store reminds you, please keep the original package intact (including the outer packaging box). Otherwise, we will not accept exchanges.
6. Goods exchange process
When you and our store agree to handle the exchange process, please return the goods from the original order and place a new order at the store. Our company will only send you an invoice for the difference and collect or refund such fees. If there is no difference, no further processing will be required.
